Put the desired herbs into the glass jar; pour alcohol+water (70:30) into the glass jar until the herbs are completely covered to twice the height of the herbs. Tightly seal the jar with its lid and put aside in a dark place. Shake the jar at lease twice daily.
After about 4-6 weeks or when you are ready to bottle your tincture, use the cloth to filter the the solution. Squeeze the herbs to extract all liquid. Mix the tincture with Til Oil or Olive Oil (50:50). This is your Herbal Hair Oil.
