After studying 'Healing Power of Laughter' over a decade, Michael Miller, the Director of Center for Preventive Cardiology at the University of Maryland says, The old saying that laughter is the best medicine definitely appears to be true when it comes to protecting your heart

Scientists have found that laughter causes the tissues that forms inner lining of the blood vessels , the endothelium, to dilate, increasing blood flow in the same way as a bout of aerobic exercises with their accompanying aches, pains and muscle tensions associated with exercise.

Scientific studies have proven that Laughter:-

  2. Reduces stress hormones
  3. Provides a workout for the diaphragm
  4. Reduces pain
  5. Increases immunity
  6. Aids healing
  7. Promotes muscle relaxation
  8. Exercises the heart
